Who Kirb is:

What Kirb does:

I work in Systems Administration or as some call it Systems Engineering with Unix/Linux/BSD systems. I've got a steady job as a Systems Analyst, which is a step or three down in both responsibility and pay, but still do 'consulting' work from time to time.

Purpose of this page:

I'm still trying to decide exactly what the purpose of this page will be. I've tried the whole journal-style page and that just didn't work because I never updated. I tried just info about myself, but that didn't work because, well, I'm boring. So, for now, this page just exists because I should have a homepage again.

Anybody who actually sees it, that's right, all 3 of you, should tell me any ideas for purpose you might have. One thought I'm throwing around is linking to my favorite webcomics with little summary descriptions of each... I figure, why not share the love of the comics? :-)
